Making a difference in the lives of future culinary artists

The Haitian Culinary Alliance is dedicated in making a difference in South Florida, Haiti and Globally.

Our Mission through Haiti Chefs for Education is to raise funds to support hospitality education in Haiti and in the US. Through this platform we have donated Chef kits to professors and students of the hotel school in Haiti and have gotten significant donations in culinary equipment’s from Johnson & Wales University and  the Hotel and Tourism Association and Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Through the Haiti Food & Spirits Festival created by Chef Stephan, the event has raised and donate over $20,000 in culinary equipment’s and scholarships to the Haiti Hotel School and the Caribbean Hotel & Tourism Education Foundation – Haiti Program.

Our Chefs have worked as mentors with high schools in South Florida cooking with young students, donated their time to cooking with kids and have been involved with ROC United in advocating better pay for Hospitality and Restaurant workers across the board. We have also come together in dyer times of needs during Hurricane Mathew in partnership with Internationally renowned Chef Jose Andres foundation World Central Kitchen to help with Hurricane disaster in Haiti in the Southern region of Les Cayes through our Chefs in Action program.

In order for us to continue this work we need your support. Please visit our donation link and donate what you can or participate in our auction/raffle and help us raise money to offer scholarships opportunities to young Haitian/Americans hopefuls to attend Culinary and Hospitality programs here in South Florida and for us to continue in helping with programs in Haiti.
